益髓通经方联合针刺治疗痿病临床观察

Clinical Observation on Yisui Tongjing Recipe Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Flaccid Disease

目的 探讨益髓通经方联合针刺治疗痿病的临床效果。方法 选取2017年12月—2021年12月在新郑市中医院内科就诊的痿病患者80例,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组40例行针刺治疗,观察组40例在针刺治疗基础上予以益髓通经方治疗,对比2组4项中医症状评分、ADL评分、临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组患者的肢体软弱无力、活动不利、肢体麻木、肢体筋脉迟缓4项中医症状评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组的ADL评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 益髓通经方联合针刺治疗痿病可有效改善其临床症状、提高日常生活能力,达到良好临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yisui Tongjing recipe combined with acupuncture on flaccid disease.Methods 80 patients with flaccid disease who were treated in Xinzheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer digital table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Yisui Tongjing recipe on the basis of acupuncture.The four traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,ADL scores and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment in the two groups,the four TCM symptoms of limb weakness disadvantageous movement limb numbness and limb muscle and pulse retardation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yisui Tongjing decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of flaccid disease can effectively improve its clinical symptoms,improve the ability of daily living,and achieve a good clinical effect.
