雷火灸联合中药熏蒸在血瘀质腰腿痛康复中的应用

The Application of Thunder Fire Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation in Rehabilitation of Patients with Blood Stasis Lumbago

目的 探讨雷火灸联合中药熏蒸对非手术治疗的血瘀质腰腿痛患者的临床症状和生活质量的影响。方法 将76例非手术治疗的血瘀质腰腿痛患者用随机法分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予常规用药、指导,治疗组在常规基础上实施雷火灸联合中药熏蒸方案。比较2组患者干预前、干预4周时的临床疗效、中医体质转化积分、JOA评分和生活质量评分。结果 治疗组干预4周时总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医体质转化积分低于对照组(P<0.05);JOA评分、生活质量评分改善程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 雷火灸联合中药熏蒸能够很好地改善血瘀质腰腿痛患者的临床症状及体质偏颇,并且提高生活质量。

Objective To explore thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with blood stasis lumbago in non-surgical treatment.Methods 76 patients with lumbago of blood stasis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given routine medication and guidance,and the treatment group was given thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation program on the basis of routine.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) physique conversion score,JOA score and quality of life score of 2 groups were compared before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group at 4 weeks(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM constitution conversion scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement degree of JOA score and quality of life score were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine fumigation can improve the clinical symptoms and physical bias of patients with blood stasis lumbago,and improve the quality of life.
