中医经典在强直性脊柱炎临床教学中的运用

中医经典是中医理论知识和实践经验的精华所在,对临床诊疗具有重要的指导价值。强直性脊柱炎是风湿病科常见病种之一,中医对此病的认识久远,治疗方法多样,疗效确切,临床工作者通过挖掘经典著作中的理法方药,能够进一步提高中医临床诊疗水平。在中医风湿科强直性脊柱炎的临床教学中,通过诵读讲解经典,分析临床医案及线上线下混合教学的方式将中医经典与临床教学结合起来,做到教学与临床结合,理论与实践并重,逐步强化学生的中医临床思维,提升临床实践能力。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) classics are the essence of theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Chinese medicine,which have significant guiding value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Ankylosing spondylitis is one of the common diseases in rheumatology,and the understanding of this disease in TCM is long-standing,with a variety of treatment methods and definite efficacy.Clinical practitioners can further improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of TCM by excavating the principles,methods,formulas and medicinals in classic works.In the clinical teaching of ankylosing spondylitis in TCM rheumatology,the TCM classics are combined with clinical teaching by reciting and explaining the classics,analyzing clinical cases and teaching a mixture of online and offline teaching,so as to achieve the combination of teaching and clinical,equal emphasis on theory and practice,gradually strengthening students' clinical thinking in TCM and enhancing clinical practice ability.
