中医药治疗慢性创面的作用机制及策略

慢性创面是指经过常规治疗2个月以上但不能愈合完全的伤口创面,甚至时间更久,其多在内外环境因素的影响下,造成机体产生病理性的炎症,从而影响创口的愈合,大大增加了患者的痛苦。慢性创面具有发病率高,并发症多,治疗困难等特点。此文针对慢性创面的这一疾患做出中医药有效的治疗方案以及作用机制的研究,以此方便未来在中医药领域对慢性创面的治疗提供方向和思路。

Chronic wounds refer to the wounds that cannot heal completely after conventional treatment for more than 2 months,or even longer,due to the influence of internal and external environmental actors,resulting in pathological inflammation of the body,thus affecting the healing of the wound,greatly increasing the pain of the patient.Chronic wounds have high incidence,much disease Complications,difficult treatment and other characteristics.In this paper,an effective traditional Chinese medicine treatment plan and its act of mechanism are made for chronic wounds,so as to provide directions and ideas for the treatment of chronic wounds in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
