艾灸百会治疗失眠症的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Moxibustion Baihui(DU20)in the Treatment of Insomnia

目的评价艾灸百会治疗失眠症的有效性,临床为失眠症治疗提供思路。方法检索知网、万方、维普、CBM、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of Science数据库中有关艾灸百会治疗失眠症的文章,检索日期截至2022年4月,运用NoteExpress软件对文献初步筛选,全文阅读后纳入文献11篇,病例927例,使用STATA 17.0和Review manager 5.4.1对文献进行Meta分析和质量评价。结果艾灸百会治疗失眠有显著作用,有效率为[OR=1.49,95%CI(1.06,1.92),Z=6.77,P=0.00],PSQI评分[MD=-1.08,95%CI(-1.06,-0.56),Z=-4.08,P=0.00]明显降低。结论艾灸百会治疗失眠症有效,无毒副作用、费用低廉、安全简便,但部分文章随机性和盲性不足,缺乏失眠患者疗程结束后的睡眠状况记录,仍需更多高质量的临床研究进一步验证。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of moxibustion Baihui(DU20)in the treatment of insomnia,and to provide insights for the clinical treatment of insomnia.Methods Articles on moxibustion Baihui(DU20)in the treatment of insomnia were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases.The retrieval date was up to April 2022.After reading the full text,11 literatures were included,with a total of 927 cases.Meta-analysis and quality evaluation of literatures were performed using STATA 17.0 and Review manager 5.4.1.Results Moxibustion at Baihui(DU20)has a significant effect on the treatment of insomnia,the effective rate is[OR=1.49,95%CI(1.06,1.92),Z=6.77,P=0.00],the PSQI score[MD=-1.08,95%CI(-1.06,-0.56),Z=-4.08,P=0.00]significantly decreased Conclusion Moxibustion Baihui(DU20)is effective in the treatment of insomnia,non-toxic side effects,low cost,safe and simple,but some articles are not random and blind enough,and there is a lack of sleep status records of insomnia patients after the treatment course.More high-quality clinical studies are still needed to further verify the therapeutic effect of moxibustion Baihui(DU20)on insomnia.
