不同产地老鹳草HPLC指纹图谱及活性成分含量分析

Analysis of HPLC Fingerprint and Active Ingredient Content of Geranium from Different Origin

目的 通过对若干批次老鹳草药材的HPLC指纹图谱进行相似度评价、主成分分析和聚类分析,结合活性成分含量的测定,探讨不同产地对老鹳草药材质量的影响。方法 全国范围内收集6个产地9批次老鹳草药材样品,建立HPLC指纹图谱,并测定总糖、还原糖、总黄酮、柯里拉京及没食子酸5种主要活性成分含量。结果 通过聚类分析筛选出的6批次老鹳草样品与建立的对照图谱相似度均在0.915以上,S6的总糖、没食子酸含量最高分别为0.55%和0.94%,S4的总黄酮、柯里拉京含量最高分别为0.169%和4.61%。结论 鼠掌老鹳草与《中国药典》收录的3种正品老鹳草有着明显的差异,同一产地不同基原、同一基原不同产地的老鹳草均具有一定的相关性或相似性。

Objective Through the similarity comparison pricipal component analysis and cluster analysis of the HPLC fingerprints of several batches of Geranium medicinal materials,combined with the determination of the content of active ingredients,to discuss the influence of different producing areas on the quality of Geranium medicinal materials.Methods Collecting 9 batches of geranium herbal material samples from 6 origins nationwide,establishing HPLC fingerprints,and the contents of 5 main active ingredients of total sugar,reducing sugar,total flavonoids,corilagin and gallic acid were determined.Results The similarities between the six batches of geranium samples selected by cluster analysis and the established control map are all above 0.915.The total sugar and gallic acid content of S6 is the highest respectively 0.55% and 0.94%,and the total flavonoids and Corilla of S4 are the highest.The highest content of Jing is 0.169% and 4.61% respectively.Conclusion There are obvious differences between Geranium rat's palm and the three genuine geraniums included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The geraniums of the same origin in different origins,and the same origin in different origins have certain correlation or similarity.
