消风散擦浴对肺癌靶向治疗后皮疹反应的影响

The Effect of Xiaofeng PowderWiping Bath on Rash Response after Targeted Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的 探讨自制消风散擦浴在干预原发性肺癌靶向药物治疗引起的皮疹反应效果研究。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年4月入院接受靶向药物治疗的原发性肺癌患者60例作为研究对象,选择符合标准的皮疹1~3级患者60例随机分为试验组与对照组各30例,试验组采取自制消风散中药擦浴皮疹患处,对照组采取复方醋酸地塞米松软膏进行涂擦,干预后,评估患者改善效果。结果 与治疗前相比,2组生活质量评分均降低,且试验组治疗后生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组抑郁评分、焦虑评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自制消风散涂擦外用于靶向药物治疗的肺癌患者,能够降低皮肤反应发生率,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-made Xiaofeng powder bath on skin rash reaction caused by targeted drug therapy of primary lung cancer.Methods 60 patients with primary lung cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects.Patients with grade 4~5 skin rash reaction could not tolerate the targeted drug dose or stop using the drug.60 patients with Grade 1~3 skin rash were selected and randomly divided into the test group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The test group took self-made Xiaofeng powder to wipe and bathe the skin rash affected area.The control group was smeared with compound acetic acid and compound dexamethasone acetate ointment.After the intervention,the improvement effect of the patients was evaluated.Results Compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,depression scores and anxiety scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made Xiaofeng powder can reduce the incidence of skin reaction and improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients treated with targeted drugs.
