Discussion on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Constipation

血府逐瘀汤出自清代医家王清任所著《医林改错》,临床上常用于治疗瘀血证所致各类病证,属于中医经典方剂之一。此文结合笔者临床所见,探讨血府逐瘀汤对于便秘这一临床常见病的治疗,从该方的病机分析、应用指征、方药加减、方药解析、治疗经过、医家注解、文献分析、实验研究等方面进行探讨,并附2则老年性便秘及围绝经期便秘的验案以作参考。

Xuefuzhuyu decoction,which is one of the classic prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine,comes from the Book Medical Forest Correcting Mistakes written by Wang Qingren,a physician in the Qing Dynasty.It is commonly used in clinic to treat various diseases caused by blood stasis syndrome.Combined with the author's clinical findings,this paper discusses the treatment of constipation,a common clinical disease,by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction,from the aspects of pathogenesis analysis,application indications,modified prescriptions,prescription analysis,treatment process,physician notes,literature analysis,experimental research,etc.,and attaches two cases of senile constipation and perimenopausal constipation for reference.
