中药熏洗坐浴护理结合提肛运动对混合痔术后患者康复的影响

Effect of Chinese Medicine Fumigation Hip Bath Nursing Combined with Levator Anal Exercise on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids after Operation

目的 探究中药熏洗坐浴护理结合提肛运动对混合痔术后患者康复的影响。方法 用信封抽签法将86例于2020年1月—2021年12月在景德镇中医医院行混合痔手术的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,43例对照组患者给予常规护理,43例试验组患者于常规护理基础上给予中药熏洗坐浴护理结合提肛运动,比较2组疼痛情况、康复进程及术后肛缘水肿和创面渗液变化情况。结果 试验组术后第4天及第7天VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),第7天肛缘水肿和创面渗液评分低于对照组(P<0.05),水肿消失、创面愈合及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中药熏洗坐浴护理结合提肛运动可减轻混合痔术后患者疼痛,改善肛缘水肿等症状,缩短水肿、创面愈合和住院时间,对患者康复有积极作用。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath nursing combined with levator anal exercise on the rehabilitation of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoids surgery in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope lottery.43 patients in control group were given routine nursing,and 43 patients in experimental group were given Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath nursing combined with anal levator exercise on the basis of routine nursing.The pain,rehabilitation process,postoperative anal margin edema and wound exudation changes were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores on the 4th and 7th day after operation in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of anal edge edema and wound exudation on the 7th day were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the edema disappearance,wound healing and hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation hip bath nursing combined with anal levator exercise can reduce the pain of patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery,improve the symptoms of anal edge edema,shorten the edema,wound healing and hospital stay,and play a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation of patients.
