关于中医规培医师接诊能力培养的思考

Thoughts on the Cultivation of the Reception Capacity of the Standardized Traditional Chinese Medicine Residents Training in Hospital

临床接诊能力的培养是中医住院医师规范化培训的重要内容,规培基地应着重培养学员的中西医临床诊疗思维,在夯实中西医临床三基的基础上,通过培养医患沟通能力,采取常规门诊加教学门诊、教学查房、临床路径式教学法、医案讨论、同伴互助加临床演练、规范医案书写、强化中医临床思维、增强西医诊疗能力和培养辅助检查的判读和应用能力、加强出科考核及举办学术讲座等方式来提高学员的接诊能力,培养出拥有扎实中西医基础、能运用中医诊疗技术并发挥中医特色解决临床问题的合格中医师。

The cultivation of clinical reception ability is an important part of the standardized traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) residents training in hospital.On the basis of strengthening the clinical three bases of TCM and western medicine to improve the students' reception capacity by cultivating doctor-patient communication ability,adopting the teaching method of routine outpatient add teaching outpatient,teaching ward inspection and clinical pathway,holding the case discussion,peer mutual aid and clinical practice,standardizing medical record writing,strengthening TCM clinical thinking,enhancing the diagnosis and treatment ability of western medicine and cultivate the interpretation and application ability of auxiliary examination,holding academic forums and strengthening the examination,etc.To cultivate qualified TCM doctors who have a solid foundation of TCM and western medicine and can use TCM diagnosis and treatment technology and give play to TCM characteristics to solve clinical problems.
