急性缺血性脑卒中中医证型与临床客观化指标相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the relationship between TCM Syndromes and Clinical objective Indexes of Acute Ischemic Stroke

中医在急性缺血性脑卒中(Cerebral Ischemic Stroke,CIS)的诊治中有着不可忽视的疗效和优势,近年来,CIS中医证型与临床客观化指标之间的相关性成为研究热点,取得了一定成果,此文以CIS中医证型与临床客观化指标的相关性展开综述,详细描述现阶段二者之间的相关性研究进展,总结特点,同时发现研究中存在数据量支持较少、缺少统一的证型分类标准和客观指标参考值等缺点,致使研究缺乏规范性,下阶段需要增加研究严谨性,为CIS的中医诊疗提供更加准确的证据。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has significant curative effect and advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of Cerebral Ischemic stroke(CIS).In recent years,the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and clinical objective indicators of CIS has become a research hotspot and achieved certain results.This paper summarizes the correlation between TCM Syndrome Types and clinical objective indicators of CIS,describes in detail the research progress and characteristics of the correlation between them at this stage,At the same time,it is found that there are some shortcomings in the research,such as less data support,lack of unified syndrome classification standards and objective index reference values,resulting in the lack of standardization of the research.In the next stage,it is necessary to increase the research rigor to provide more accurate evidence for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of CIS.
