摘要
目的 评价肌营养不良蛋白结合蛋白1(dystrobrevin binding protein 1,DTNBP1)基因多态性rs2619539与精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SCZ)的相关性。方法 计算机检索PubMed、Embase、CNKI、WanFangData、CBM和VIP数据库,搜索DTNBP1基因多态性rs2619539与SCZ相关性的病例研究,检索时限均为建库至2021年10月。采用stata12.0进行meta分析。结果 DTNBP1基因多态性rs2619539与SCZ发病风险相关性无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且在亚组亚洲人群和欧洲人群中,DTNBP1基因多态性rs2619539与SCZ发病风险相关性也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 现有的证据尚不足以证明,DTNBP1基因多态性rs2619539与SCZ发病风险有关。
JObjective To evaluate the correlation between DTNBP1 gene polymorphism RS2619539 and schizophrenia.Methods The case-control studies about the correlation between DTNBP1 gene polymorphism rs2619539 and schizophrenia were retrieved from PubMed,EMbase,CNKI,CBM,WanFang Data and VIP database by two researchers.The retrieval time was from the database establishment to October 2021.Stata12.0 software were used for meta-analysis.Results There was no significant correlation between rs2619539 polymorphism of DTNBP1 gene and the risk of schizophrenia(P>0.05),and in subgroups of Asian and European populations,There was no significant correlation between DTNBP1 gene polymorphism rs2619539 and risk of schizophrenia(P>0.05).Conclusions The existing evidence is not enough to prove that DTNBP1 polymorphism rs2619539 is associated with the risk of schizophrenia.
