摘要
目的 探讨重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)联合利培酮对儿童青少年精神分裂症患者精神症状与认知功能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月~2022年9月收治的150例儿童青少年精神分裂症患者,根据随机数字表法分组,观察组75例接受rTMS联合利培酮治疗、对照组75例接受利培酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗前、后阳性和阴性症状量表评分(PANSS)、MATRICS共识认知成套测试评分(MCCB)差异。结果 观察组临床疗效总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组PANSS评分各维度评分、总分均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),而两组MCCB评分均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 rTMS联合利培酮治疗儿童青少年精神分裂症患者疗效显著,且可明显改善患者精神症状与认知功能,值得临床应用。
Objectivee To explore the effects of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)combined with risperidone in children and adolescents with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 150 children and adolescents with schizophrenia admitted from January 2021 to September 2022 were divided into three groups according to random number table method.75 patients in the observation group received rTMS combined with risperidone treatment,and 75 patients in the control group received risperidone treatment.The clinical efficacy,positive and negative Symptom Scale scores(PANSS)and MATRICS Consensus Cognition Battery Score(MCCB)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PANSS score of ll dimensions and total score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,observation group was lower thanthose in control group(P<0.05),while MCCB score of both groups were higher than before treatment,observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rTMS combined with risperidone is effective in the treatment of children and adolescents with schizophrenia,and can significantly improve the psychiatric symptoms and cognitive function of patients,worthy of clinical application.
