固肾安胎丸联合阿司匹林与低分子肝素钠对复发性流产患者疗效及Th17/Treg的影响

Effect of Gushen Antai Pills Combined with Aspirin and Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium on the Efficacy and Th17/Treg in Patients with Recurrent Abortion

目的探讨固肾安胎丸联合阿司匹林与低分子肝素钠对复发性流产患者疗效及Th17/Treg的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2022年5月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的97例复发性流产患者作为研究对象,按治疗方式分为中西结合组和常规治疗组。常规治疗组给予阿司匹林与低分子肝素钠治疗,中西结合组在常规治疗组基础上采用固肾安胎丸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前两组患者雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、Th17/Treg及凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者E_(2)、P、HCG、Th17/Treg及PT、TT、APTT较治疗前均有所改善,且中西结合组Th17/Treg、TT低于常规治疗组,而E_(2)、P、HCG、PT、APTT高于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西结合组治疗有效率(92.00%)高于常规治疗组(76.60%)(P<0.05)。结论在对复发性流产患者进行治疗时采取固肾安胎丸联合阿司匹林、低分子肝素钠治疗,能够有效改善患者的性激素水平,促进Th17/Treg细胞平衡的恢复,达到提高临床疗效的目的。

Objective To explore the effect of Gushen Antai Pill combined with aspirin and low molecular weight heparin sodium on the efficacy and Th17/Treg in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 97 patients with recurrent abortion admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the treatment methods,they were divided into a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group and a conventional treatment group.The conventional treatment group was treated with aspirin and low molecular weight heparin sodium,while the combined Chinese and Western medicine group was treated with Gushen Antai Pill on the basis of the conventional treatment group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG),Th17/Treg,prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P<0.05);After treatment,the E_(2),P,HCG,Th17/Treg,PT,TT,and APTT of patients in the two groups improved compared to those before treatment;The Th17/Treg and TT in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group,while the E_(2),P,HCG,PT,and APTT in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The effective rate of treatment in the combined Chinese and Western medicine group(92.00%)was higher than that in the conventional treatment group(76.60%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Gushen Antai Pill combined with aspirin and low-molecular-weight heparin sodium can effectively improve the sex hormone level of patients,promote the recovery of Th17/Treg cell balance,and achieve the purpose of improving clinical efficacy.
