无人测发控系统设计及关键技术研究

Research on design and key technology of unmanned test-launch control system

摘要 面向导弹武器快速机动发射的实战化需求,开展了新一代测发控系统需求分析,提出了一种基于发射区无人值守的测发控系统设计方法。该方法具有系统搭建便捷、数据处理集中化及通用化程度高等特点。完成了测发控系统架构设计,详细描述了关键设备测发控主机的硬件架构、外部通信、供配电和软件等设计要点,分析了实现无人测发控系统的自适应数据判读、自动化流程驱动和系统健康管理三项关键技术,为导弹武器测发控系统的无人化发展提供支撑。 Aiming at the demand for rapid maneuver launch of missile weapons,the demand analysis of a new generation of test-launch control system is carried out.A design method of test-launch control system for the unattended launch area is proposed,which has the advantages of convenient system construction,data processing centralization and high degree of generalization.The architecture design is completed,and the architecture design,communication interface design,power supply and distribution design and software design methods of the test-launch control host are introduced in detail.The three key technologies of adaptive data interpretation,automated process driving,and system health management are discussed and analyzed for the application of unmanned test-launch control system,which can be helpful to promote the unmanned development of test-launch control systems of missile weapon.
