后疫情时代,经济社会发生了急剧变化,市场形势更加复杂多变。由于经济、社会、技术、环境等多种因素的驱动,企业一时难以适应外部变化的速度,迫切需要进行自上而下的组织结构变革,来增强企业自身对外部环境的适应性。因此,基于RPA+AI技术对企业财务数智化转型路径进行初步的分析研究,运用目标运营模型探索企业财务数智化转型的实施路径,制定企业财务数智化转型的实施步骤。

The economy and society have undergone rapid changes in the post-pandemic era,and the market has become more complex and ever-changing.Due to various factors such as economy,society,technology,and environment,it is difficult for enterprises to adapt to the speed of changes in the external environment in a short period of time.Therefore,enterprises urgently need to strengthen their adaptability to the external environment through top-down organizational reform.The paper conducts a preliminary analysis and research on the path of digital and intelligent transformation of enterprise finance based on RPA&AI technology,explores the implementation path of digital and intelligent transformation of enterprise finance using the target operations model,and formulates the implementation steps of digital and intelligent transformation of enterprise finance.
