面向电动汽车有序充放电研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 推动节能减排,助力“2030碳达峰”“2060碳中和”远景目标实现,需要更为绿色的出行方式。然而大量电动汽车无序充放电行为给配电网安全和充电站运营商接纳能力带来了极大的挑战。为缓解负荷压力,亟待对电动汽车充放电行为进行引导。首先从配电网、充电站运营商、电动汽车用户3个层面归纳了影响有序充放电水平的因素;其次从配电网层面对提升有序充放电水平的方法进行了阐述;随后从内部资源整合和外部充放电引导方面论述了充电站运营商层面提升有序充放电水平的研究方法;然后从响应意愿和响应能力2个角度表征用户对有序充放电行为的响应程度;最后对电动汽车有序充放电研究方向进行了总结与展望。 To promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and to help achieve the long-term goals of“2030 Carbon Peak”and“2060 Carbon Neutrality”,a greener travel mode was required.However,a large number of disorderly charging and discharging behaviors of electric vehicles have a great challenge on the safe of the distribution grid and the acceptance capacity of charging station operators.In order to effectively alleviate the load pressure,the charging and discharging behavior of electric vehicles should be guided.Firstly,the factors affecting the level of orderly charging and discharging were summarized from the aspects of distribution network,charging station operators and electric vehicle users.Secondly,the method to improve the orderly charging and discharging level at the distribution grid level was explained.Subsequently,from the aspects of internal resource integration and external charging and discharging guidance,the research method of improving the orderly charging and discharging level at the charging station operator level was discussed.Then,the response degree of users to ordered charging and discharging behavior was characterized from the response willingness and response ability.Finally,the research direction of orderly charging and discharging of electric vehicles was summarized and prospected.
