随机存储下多人拣选系统拥堵率研究

摘要 为了解决由于仓库订单量增加而导致的拣选效率问题以及合理调度拣选者数量和仓库面积的关系。建立了随机存储下S形拣选策略的随机模型,并根据拣选策略研究拣选过程中产生的拥堵问题,在前人所研究的两人拣选系统的拥堵率问题上,本文研究利用马尔科夫过程构建三人拣选系统的状态转移矩阵和平稳分布函数,最后通过仿真模拟出多人拣选系统的拥堵率。通过对比两人和三人拣选系统以及两种拣选策略下的距离模型,得出拣选面和拣选者之间的数量关系对拥堵率的影响,对有效应对应急物流需求、合理控制电商拣选作业环节的拥堵率提供了依据。 A distance stochastic modelwas constructed for the S-type picking strategy to address the picking efficiency problem resulting from increased order volume in the warehouse and to explore the relationship between the number of pickers and warehouse area for rational scheduling.The congestion problem arising from the picking strategy was studied,along with the congestion rate problem of the two-person picking system previously studied by other researchers.A state transfer matrix and a smooth distribution function were constructed for the three-person picking system using a Markov process.Finally,simulation was used to evaluate the congestion rate of the multi-person picking system.The influence of the number relationship between the picking surface and the pickers on the congestion rate was derived by comparing the two-person and three-person picking systems and the distance models under the two picking strategies.This provides a basis for effectively responding to emergency logistics demand and reasonably controlling the congestion rate of the e-commerce picking operation chain.
