浅谈江西省休闲农业产业的经营现状与发展模式

近年来,全省各地市县大力发掘本地资源禀赋和文化创意,富有浓厚区域特点的休闲农业产品不断出现,已初次实现了多元化、优势化和个性化开发的喜人景象。但也部分项目发展不从农村入手,急功近利,不考虑城市可持续发展,甚至过度开发网红项目,但高质量、上档次、综合性、科教类的项目相对较少,多数休闲农业产业业态也不丰富,人文内涵也不高,对社区影响力也不大,社会认可度不高,也没有城市可持续的吸引力。多年来,通过江西省休闲农业产业技术体系专家团队多年来在产业一线工作的调研,分析现有的经营状况以及存在的问题,找准解决的对策,同时,通过对我省休闲农业园区盈利点的分析,在现有所经营的项目在内容和形式上不断创新,探索适合我省发展的经营模式。

In recent years,the cities and counties in the province vigorously explore the local resource endowment and cultural creativity,rich strong regional characteristics of leisure agricultural products continue to appear,has been the first time to achieve the diversification,advantage and personalized development of the happy scene.But also part of the project development from the rural,quick,regardless of urban sustainable development,even excessive development web celebrity project,but high quality,grade,comprehensive,science and education project is relatively few,most of the leisure agriculture industry forms is not rich,humanistic connotation is not high,the community influence is not big,social recognition is not high,there is no urban sustainable attraction.Over the years,through the Jiangxi province industry technology system of leisure agriculture expert team for many years in the industry line work research,analysis the existing operating conditions and existing problems,find countermeasures,at the same time,through the analysis of leisure agriculture park in our province,in the existing business project in the content and form,explore the innovation is suitable for the development of our province business model.
