区块链技术在赣南脐橙地理标志保护中的应用研究

赣南脐橙自2003年成功申报成为我国地理标志保护农产品后,经济效益大幅提升,对促进产业化发展和带动地方乡村经济发展起到重要作用。但随后而来且愈演愈烈的赣南脐橙地理标志侵权问题,以及维权难等问题一直困扰着大家。采用农产品可信溯源管理被公认为当前地理标志保护理想化的解决方案。而在可信溯源系统中利用区块链技术具有去中心化、可验证、可追溯等特点,可有效解决现有溯源系统存在生产环节信息不对称、中心数据库易篡改、标准不统一、政府无法有效监管等关键问题,是确保信息安全性的有力技术手段。

Since Gannan navel orange was successfully declared as an agricultural product protected by geographical indications in 2003,its economic benefits have been greatly improved,which plays an important role in promoting the development of industrialization and driving the development of local rural economy.However,the infringement of geographical indications of Gannan navel orange and the difficulty of safeguarding rights have been bothering everyone.The adoption of trusted traceability management of agricultural products is recognized as an ideal solution for the protection of geographical indications.In the trusted traceability system,the use of blockchain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,verifiability and traceability,which can effectively solve the key problems existing in the existing traceability system,such as asymmetric information in production links,easy tampering of central database,inconsistent standards and ineffective supervision by the government.It is a powerful technical means to ensure information security.
