Comparative Analysis and Research on the Development of the Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago New District in the New Period

浙江舟山群岛新区是全国第4个国家级新区,也是全国唯一的群岛型国家级新区。在国家级新区开展建设发展专项评估、舟山群岛新区开启建设“重要窗口”海岛风景线的关键时期,在对标分析六大滨海型国家级新区及浙江全省各市发展水平的基础上,明确舟山群岛新区在新发展阶段的地位、特色、使命担当,研判舟山群岛新区的问题短板,提出舟山群岛新区跨越式高质量发展的对策建议。

Zhejiang Zhoushan Archipelago New District is the fourth national new district in the country,and also the only archipelago national new district.The carrying out the special evaluation of construction and development in the national new districts and opening the construction of"Important Window"island scenic line in the Zhoushan Archipelago New District.This article is based on the comparative analysis of the development level of the six coastal national new districts and all cities in Zhejiang Province,then clarify the status,characteristics,and mission of development,and judge the problem of the Zhoushan Archipelago New District in new development stage,finally put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the leaping-high-quality development of the Zhoushan Archipelago New District.
