摘要
近年来景真糖厂经过技术攻关、设备创新改造以及生产全过程的精心管控,产品质量已达到亚硫酸法工艺质量标准,且连续3年在中国糖业协会全国糖厂绩效同业对标评比中获“蔗糖回收率”第一名。本文基于景真糖厂的经验,对2018/19~2021/22年榨季制糖生产过程的管控措施和经验进行简要阐述,如在农务管理方面,要提高入榨甘蔗新鲜度、保证甘蔗砍削质量;在工艺生产过程方面,要优化压榨车间、清净车间、煮炼车间的管控措施,配合合理的热力方案,采用合适的糖浆气浮及过滤技术等。总结出糖厂技术改革创新的一些思路,以期为行业的发展提供参考。
In recent years,through technological breakthroughs,equipment innovation and transformation,and careful control of the whole process of production,the product quality of Jingzhen Sugar Factory has reached the quality standard of sulfite process,and won the first place of"sucrose recovery rate"in the standard evaluation of National Sugar Factory Performance by China Sugar Association for three consecutive years.Based on the experience of Jingzhen Sugar Factory,this paper briefly expounds the control measures and experience of sugar production process during the pressing season from 2018/19 to 2021/22.For example,in the aspect of agricultural management,it is necessary to improve the freshness of pressed sugarcane and ensure the quality of sugarcane cutting.In the process of production,we should optimize the control measures of the press workshop,the cleaning workshop and the smelting workshop,cooperate with the reasonable thermal scheme,and adopt the appropriate syrup air flotation and filtration technology.In order to provide reference for the development of sugar industry,some ideas of technological reform and innovation are summarized.
