应用微生物制剂LC对甘蔗糖厂滤泥发酵及堆肥效果研究

摘要 以甘蔗糖厂滤泥为主要原料开展固体发酵及堆肥试验,通过对比分析添加微生物制剂LC滤泥固体发酵及堆肥过程指标变化,结果表明:微生物制剂LC可以加速提高滤泥堆肥过程高温过程,促进酶活提高及实现糖厂固废减量化目标。研究结果表明,微生物制剂LC对甘蔗产业废弃物滤泥的肥料化利用具有良好的应用效果和前景。 Solid fermentation and composting experiments were conducted using filter sludge from sugar mills as the main raw material.By comparing and analyzing the changes in solid fermentation and composting process indicators with the addition of microbial preparation LC,the results showed that microbial preparation LC could accelerate the high-temperature process of filter sludge composting,promote enzyme activity,and achieve the goal of reducing solid waste in sugar mills.The results showed that the microbial preparation LC had good application effects and prospects on the fertilizer utilization of waste filter mud from sugarcane industry.
