基于AHP-熵权法的甘蔗产业高质量发展水平测度——以广西崇左市为例 被引量:2

摘要 甘蔗产业是崇左市的重要产业之一,为促进广西崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展,本文基于2017~2021年崇左市甘蔗产业相关数据,构建了包括生产能力、生产质量、经济效益、绿色发展4个方面、16个指标的崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展水平评价体系,运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法确定了各指标在评价体系中的权重值,从而评估崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展水平。结果表明,崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展评价体系中一级指标指数依次为:经济效益>生产质量>生产能力>绿色发展,在评价期间,崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展水平总体呈上升态势,结合评价结果提出促进崇左市甘蔗产业高质量发展的建议。 The sugarcane industry is one of the important industries in Chongzuo.In order to promote the high quality development of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo,Guangxi,this article is based on the relevant data of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo from 2017 to 2021,and constructs an evaluation system for the high quality development level of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo,which includes four aspects:production capacity,production quality,economic benefits,and green development,and 16 indicators,The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method were used to determine the weight values of each indicator in the evaluation system,in order to evaluate the high quality development level of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo.The results show that the first level index of the evaluation system for high quality development of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo is:economic efficiency>production quality>production capacity>green development.During the evaluation period,the overall level of high-quality development of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo showed an upward trend.Based on the evaluation results,suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of the sugarcane industry in Chongzuo.
