国内人工智能写作的研究现状分析及启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of the Current Research Status of Artificial Intelligence(AI)Writing in China

随着智能技术在写作领域的深度融合应用,人工智能写作对新闻、广告、文学、金融、法律、医疗、行政、教育等领域的冲击日益明显,对这些行业未来走向以及人才需求产生了不可估量的影响。也因此,国内越来越多的研究者开始聚焦人工智能写作及其影响。本研究尝试梳理国内人工智能写作的研究现状,及时了解该领域的研究发现和热点,为该领域后续的研发和应用提供思路。文献分析采用主题编码方式,并借鉴卡尔·米切姆的技术哲学理论,分析显示已有研究主要聚焦人工智能底层技术研究(N=32)、作品质量研究(N=60)、应用价值研究(N=117)、影响研究(N=137)及伦理问题研究(N=152)等几大主题。已有研究发现,专业学者和普通受众对人工智能作品的质量评价并不相同,多数人认为人工智能写作的主要价值在于辅助人类写作,人工智能写作对不同人群(作者、读者、一些行业的从业人员)和不同行业(教育、传媒、商业等)产生了不容忽视的影响,且存在“算法代替价值、算法偏见、版权问题、虚假信息、信息茧房、讯息内爆”等伦理风险。基于已有发现,本研究得出三方面的启示:(1)职前教育和职中培训增加人工智能写作的相关内容对于智能时代语文教师专业素养提升具有重要价值;(2)更多教师围绕人工智能辅助写作开展教学活动设计对于智能时代学生写作训练和技能习得具有重要价值;(3)更多区域和学校探索人工智能写作平台与人类教师的协作模式对智能时代语言教育的变革具有重要价值。

Along with the deep integration and application of artificial intelligent(AI)technology in the field of writing,the impact of AI writing on news,advertising,literature,finance,law,medical treatment,administration,education and other fields has become increasingly significant.It has had an unavoidable impact on the future direction of these industries and the demand for talents.As a result,more and more domestic researchers have begun to focus on AI writing and its impact.This study attempted to sort out the research status of AI writing in China,keep abreast of the main research hotpots and research findings in this field,and try to provide ideas for subsequent better research and development and industry applications in the field of AI writing.The study was based on Karl Michem’s philosophy of technology and adopted subject coding as the main coding method.Literature analysis found that the existing AI writing related studies in China mainly focused on underlying technologies in AI writing(N=32),quality of AI writing works(N=60),application value of AI writing(N=117),impact of AI writing(N=137)and ethical issues(N=152).Previous studies have found that professional scholars and ordinary audiences had different evaluations on quality of AI works.Most people believed that the value of AI writing lies in assisting human writing.AI writing has had a noticeable impact on different groups of people(authors,readers,and practitioners in some industries)and different fields(education,media,commerce,etc.).AI writing had such ethical risks as“algorithm substitution value,algorithmic bias,copyright issues,false information,information cocoons,and information implosion”.Based on the findings of the study,researchers proposed three enlightenments:(1)adding relevant contents of AI writing in pre-service education and vocational training is of great value to the improvement of professional quality of Chinese teachers in the era of intelligence;(2)asking more teachers to carry out teaching activity design based on AI writing is of great value to students’writing training and skill acquisition in the era of intelligence;(3)inviting more regions and schools to explore the cooperation mode between AI writing platform and human teachers would be of great value to the reform of language education in the era of intelligence.
