Theoretical Characteristics,Systematic Structure and Optimal Evolution of Chinese-style Modernization

党的二十大报告指明了现阶段党的中心任务是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化,有着世界现代化的共同特征和基于自己国情的独有特色,在科技创新和制度改革的核心动力驱动下,经历了从单一进路到全面建设的演变历程。中国式现代化有着丰富的要素、稳定的结构和多元的功能,在增强人民幸福、实现民族振兴、推动人类进步、促进世界大同等方面能够发挥巨大的价值作用。在夺取全面建设社会主义现代化国家新胜利的新征程上,为推动中国式现代化的优化演进,必须要把握好系统演化发展的层次转化、结构功能相关、整体优化、涨落有序等规律,不断促进中国式现代化的构成要素、结构体系、外部环境和功能作用之间的良性互动。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that the central task of the Party at the present stage is to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.Chinese-style modernization is the socialist modernization led by CPC.It has the common features of world modernization and its unique features based on its national conditions.Driven by the core driving forces of scientific and technological innovation and institutional reform,it has evolved from a single approach to comprehensive construction.With rich elements,stable structure,and diversified functions,Chinese modernization can play an equally important role in enhancing people’s happiness,realizing national rejuvenation,advancing human progress,and promoting the world.In the new journey of winning the new victory of comprehensively building a modern socialist country and to promote the optimization and evolution of Chinese-style modernization,we must grasp the rules of the system evolution and development,such as the transformation of levels,the correlation of structure and function,and the overall optimization and the orderly fluctuation.Only in this way can the positive interaction between the constituent elements,structural system,external environment,and functions of Chinese modernization be promoted continuously.
