目的 探讨细节护理在手术室中的应用效果,为提升手术室护理安全及护理质量提供参考。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年1月在高唐县人民医院进行手术治疗的患者94例作为研究对象,随机分为细节组和对照组各47例。对照组给予常规护理,细节组在常规护理的基础上给予细节护理。比较两组护理满意率、术后并发症和手术室风险事件发生率、治疗依从性、生活质量以及护理质量评分。结果 细节组患者护理总满意率为97.87%,高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.552 8,P<0.05)。细节组术后并发症发生率为4.26%,低于对照组的25.53%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.392 9,P<0.05)。细节组患者治疗依从性、生活质量及护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节组手术室风险事件发生率为6.38%,明显低于对照组的55.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 细节护理在手术室中的应用能有效减少手术室风险事件以及术后并发症的发生,改善患者生活质量,提高患者对护理的满意率,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of detail nursing in the operating room,and provide reference for improving the safety and quality of nursing in the operating room.Methods A total of 94 patients who underwent surgical treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital from May 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into detail group and control group with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the detail group was given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction rate,the incidences of postoperative complications and risk events in the operating room,treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the detail group was 97.87%,which was higher than 76.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.5528,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the detail group was 4.26%,which was lower than 25.53%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.3929,P<0.05).The scores of treatment compliance,quality of life and nursing quality of patients in the detail group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risk events in the operating room in the detail group was 6.38%,which was significantly lower than 55.32%in the control group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail nursing in the operating room could effectively reduce the occurrence of risk events in the operating room and postoperative complications,improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
