护理干预对术前留置尿管麻醉复苏期的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on anesthesia recovery period of preoperative indwelling catheter

目的 分析手术患者手术前留置尿管过程中接受护理干预对麻醉恢复期产生的影响。方法 本次研究随机抽取2020年1月—2021年1月于邹城市人民医院就诊的手术患者76例,所选患者均采取术前留置尿管措施,按照护理措施不同分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组接受护理干预。比较两组不良反应评分、舒适度评分、尿管脱出率及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者麻醉复苏期产生恶心呕吐评分为(2.35±0.88)分、躁动评分为(1.16±0.24)分、呼吸抑制评分为(1.28±0.37)分,均低于对照组的(4.53±1.14)、(1.85±0.34)、(1.67±0.38)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者尿管留置后舒适度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者舒适度评分较护理前均有所上升,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者尿管脱出率为2.63%,低于对照组的28.95%;并发症发生率为5.26%,低于对照组的21.05%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术患者手术前留置尿管过程中接受护理干预能够降低麻醉恢复期受到的不良影响,减少患者的躁动、呼吸抑制、恶心呕吐等症状,降低术后并发症的发生,提高患者术后的舒适感和治疗的效果。

Objective To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on the recovery period of anesthesia in the process of indwelling urinary catheter before operation.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent surgery in Zoucheng People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly selected in this study.The selected patients were taken measures of indwelling urinary catheter before operation.According to the difference nursing measures,they were divided into control group and study group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and study group received nursing intervention.The adverse reaction score,comfort score,catheter prolapse rate and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nausea and vomiting,agitation and respiratory depression in the study group during anesthesia recovery period were(2.35+0.88),(1.16±0.24)and(1.28±0.37)points,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group with(4.53±1.14),(1.85+0.34)and(1.67±0.38)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in comfort scores between the two groups after indwelling urinary catheters(P>0.05);after nursing,the comfort scores of the two groups of patients increased compared with those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter prolapse rate in the study group was 2.63%,which was lower than 28.95%in the control group;the complication rate was 5.26%,which was lower than 21.05%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in the process of indwelling urinary catheter before operation in surgical patients could reduce the adverse effects of anesthesia recovery period,reduce the symptoms of agitation,respiratory depression,nausea and vomiting,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,improve the postoperative comfort of patients and improve the effect of treatment.
