急诊科住院医师科研能力培养的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of cultivating scientific research ability in standardized training of emergency residents

住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分。在“医教研”一体化发展背景下,科研能力培养是住培的重要内容。而目前急诊科住培存在住院医师科研训练不足、科研意识淡薄、科研管理不规范、科研评价指标不完善的问题。本文主要从5个方面介绍温州医科大学附属第一医院急诊科住培中科研能力培养经验:强化科研意识、营造科研氛围;开展以临床问题为导向的科研思维培养;住培导师和带教老师引导住院医师进行科研实践;开设临床科研教学课程;建立急诊科住院医师科研团队,鼓励开展多学科交叉融合的课题研究。为我国住培培养具有较强的临床实践能力和具备一定科研能力的医学高层次人才提供借鉴。

Standardized residency training is an important part of the postgraduate education for medical students.Under the background of the integrated development of"medicine,education and research",the cultivation of scientific research ability will also be an important link in the standardized residency training.However,the current emergency medical residents have insufficient training and weak awareness of scientific research.Scientific research management is also not standardized,and scientific research evaluation indicators are not perfect.This paper mainly shares the experience of cultivating scientific research ability in the standardized training of emergency residents in our hospital from five aspects:strengthening scientific research consciousness and creating scientific research atmosphere;cultivation of scientific research thinking guided by clinical problems;guiding residents to conduct scientific research practice by resident training tutors and teachers;setting up clinical scientific research teaching courses;establishing a scientific research team of emergency resident and encouraging multidisciplinary integration of scientific reseaches.This will provide reference for China to cultivate high-level medical talents with strong clinical practice abilities and certain scientific research capabilities.
