美国毕业后教育阶段不设立统一教材,只要求各专科设立符合要求的核心课程。2000年美国肾脏病杂志(American Journal of Kidney Diseases,AJKD)发起了“肾脏病核心课程(core curriculum)”的系列课程计划。2008年起该核心课程以一系列有主题的文献综述形式通过网络陆续发表,对肾内科医生产生广大积极影响。美国肾脏病学核心课程形式上不同于经典的教科书,采取网络发表单篇文献的方式,具有成本低、知识全面、更新快等优点。此核心课程涵盖符合美国毕业后教育阶段官方指定的内容,更新频率高于经典纸质版教材形式。该文详述了肾脏病核心课程的内容和形式特点,分析该教材形式应用于我国毕业后教育的可行性,讨论其对完善我国毕业后教育体系的积极作用。

The United States does not set up unified teaching textbooks in the post graduation education stage,but requires various core curriculums for each specialty.In 2000,American Journal of Kidney Diseases(AJKD)launched a series called"Core Curriculum in Nephrology".The series has been published one after another in the form of a series of thematic literature reviews since 2008 and has a broad impact.The core curriculum form is different from classic textbooks in many ways.It is published online,which has the advantages of low cost,comprehensive knowledge and fast renewal.The American core curriculum in nephrology is consistent with the official designation of the post graduation education in the United States,and this curriculum updates more frequetly than that of traditional paper textbooks.In essence,this core curriculum is a new form of teaching materials in addition to the classical teaching materials.This paper details the characteristics of the content and form of the core curriculum,analyzes the feasibility of applying this form to China's post graduation education,and discusses the positive role of this core curriculum in China's post graduation education.
