摘要
通过对南钢钢帘线线材盘条进行金相检验,研究了其在三种不同腐蚀液中网状碳化物显像清晰情况,并进一步探究该腐蚀液浸蚀不同时间的评级精确度。试验表明,使用苦味酸钠溶液加热至60℃热腐蚀20min后的网状碳化物显像效果最好。同时,通过利用在低倍数光学显微镜条件下快速定位网状碳化物的方法,提高了检测效率,为南钢钢帘线线材网碳金相检验标准作业文件的制定提供了有力的理论依据。
Through the metallographic examination of NISCO tire cord wire rod,the clarity of reticular carbide image in three different corrosive liquid was studied,and the rating accuracy was further explored.The results show that heating sodium picrate solution to 60 C for 20 minutes can deliver the best imaging effect of the reticular carbide.At the same time,the determination efficiency is improved by using the method of fast locating the reticular carbide under low-power optical microscope.This method provides a strong theoretical basis for the establishment of the standard operating docu-ment for carbon metallographic examination of NISCO's tire cord wire rod.
