中产阶层和劳动阶层父母教育观念之比较研究 被引量:2

A Comparative Study on the Educational Beliefs of Middle-class andWorking-class Parents

摘要 本研究基于对全国2900名父母的问卷调查,展开对中产阶层和劳动阶层父母教育观念的比较研究。数据显示,在“身心投入观”和“学习吃苦观”维度上,劳动阶层父母显著高于中产阶层父母;而在“同级比较观”维度上,两阶层未见显著差异。由此得出结论:劳动阶层父母自强不息的奋斗精神,体现出传统的力量;中产阶层父母相对宽松的教育观念,折射出西学的影响;两阶层父母在竞争观上达成一致,映证出全球育儿经济学的规律。改变内卷的教育观念,要通过推进公平的分配制度,在全社会形成重视技术、尊重劳动的机制与文化,从而消解中考与高考的分层功能,鼓励孩子遵从内心的热爱选择专业,将竞争延迟至职场上的终身学习。 Based on a survey of 2,900 Chinese parents,this study conducts a comparative study on the educational beliefs of middle-class and working-class parents.The data show that the the working-class parents are significantly higher than the middle-class parents in the two dimensions of“physical and mental devotion”and“tough learning”,while the two classes have no differences in the dimension of“peer comparison”.It can be concluded that:the working class parents have striving spirit,which reflects the power of tradition;the middleclass parents have a relaxed view on parenting,which reflects the influence of western education theory;the consensus between the two classes on the concept of competition reflects the laws of global parenting economics.To change the involution in education,it is necessary to promote a fair distribution system,form a mechanism and culture that value technology and respect labor in the whole society,so as to eliminate the hierarchical function of high school entrance and college entrance examinations,encourage children to choose their majors according to their inner love,and delay competitions to lifelong learning in workplace.
