以城市更新理念为基础的老旧小区改造设计反思——以烟台海港小区景观改造项目为例

Reflection on the Renovation Design of Old Residential Areas Based on the Concept of Urban Renewal--Taking the Landscape Renovation Project of Yantai Haigang Community as an Example

随着城市公共基础设施建设的逐渐完善,老旧小区对区域环境的影响被不断的放大。老旧小区无论是基础设施服务还是居民的生活环境,与新建小区相比都存在巨大的差距,老旧小区的改建和扩建成为小区居民的强烈愿望。本文以城市更新理念为支撑,定义老旧小区的基本概念。通过对烟台海港小区景观改造项目的总结,思考在设计施工过程中老旧小区在景观、建筑改造过程中的设计方向和设计要点,以将老旧小区向宜居生态方向改造为目标,实现居民生活质量和生活满意度的提升。

With the gradual improvement of urban public infrastructure construction,the impact of old residential areas on the regional environment is continuously amplified.There is a huge gap between old residential areas and newly built ones in terms of infrastructure services and residents'living environment.The reconstruction and expansion of old residential areas have also become a strong desire of residents.This paper is supported by the concept of urban renewal and defines the basic concept of old residential areas.By summarizing the landscape renovation project of Yantai Haigang Community,this paper considers the design direction and key points of the old residential area in the landscape and architectural renovation process during the design and construction process,with the goal of renovation the old residential area into a livable and ecological direction,and achieving the improvement of residents'quality of life and life satisfaction.
