烟草工业企业卷烟产品质量控制技术体系存在的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Cigarette Product Quality Control Technology System in Tobacco Industry Enterprises

本文在概述卷烟产品质量控制体系的基础上,认真总结归纳当前烟草工业企业卷烟产品质量控制技术体系中存在的主要问题。然后,以问题为导向,有针对性地从强化技术培训、重视原辅料质量管理、提升工艺科学合理性、构建标准化计量体系与信息系统4个层面提出了完善烟草工业企业卷烟产品质量控制技术体系的策略,以期为国内烟草工业企业提供参考借鉴。

On the basis of summarizing the quality control system of cigarette products,this paper seriously summarizes the main problems existing in the quality control of cigarette products of tobacco industry enterprises.Then,guided by the problems,the strategy of improving the quality control technology system of cigarette products of tobacco industry enterprises was proposed from four aspects:strengthening technical training,paying attention to the quality management of raw and auxiliary materials,improving the scientific rationality of the process,and building a standardized measurement system and information system,with a view to providing reference for domestic tobacco industry enterprises.
