摘要
为确保聚羧酸系高性能减水剂批量生产的质量稳定性和年度生产的连续性,针对聚羧酸系高性能减水剂制备工艺设计研发一套温度、反应时间、加料及加料速率等各生产因素协同控制的智能化控制系统,以更好地适应于铁路用减水剂CRCC产品认证的特定要求,经过此系统生产得到的聚羧酸系高性能减水剂技术性能能够达到《铁路混凝土》TB/T3275-2018中对高性能减水剂提出的技术指标要求。
In order to ensure the quality stability and annual production continuity of the mass production of polycarboxylic acid series high-performance water reducing agents,a set of intelligent control system is designed and developed for the preparation process of polycarboxylic acid series high-performance water reducing agents,which coordinates various production factors such as temperature,reaction time,feeding and feeding rate,to better adapt to the specific requirements of CRCC product certification for railway water reducing agents.The technical performance of polycarboxylic acid series high-performance water reducing agent produced by this system can meet the technical index requirements for high-performance water reducing agents in TB/T 3275-2018"Railway Concrete".
