动车组车顶高压系统是保障车辆安全稳定运行的关键组成部分,车辆检修质量是影响行车安全的重要因素之一。本文针对城际动车组检修过程中车顶高压隔离开关密封胶涂打不良、跳线支撑绝缘子止转垫片安装不到位等问题,制定改善工艺措施,提高检修质量,保证车顶高压系统运行稳定,降低车辆正线运行中车顶设备故障风险。

The high-voltage system on the roof of the CRH6A-A EMU is a key component to ensure the safe and stable operation of the vehicle,and the quality of the vehicle maintenance is one of the important factors affecting the driving safety.In view of the problems of poor application of the sealant of the high-voltage disconnector on the roof and improper installation of the anti-rotation gasket of the jumper support insulator during the advanced repair of the intercity EMU,this paper formulates process improvement measures,improves the quality of maintenance,and ensures the stable operation of the high-voltage system on the roof,and reducing the risk of roof equipment failure during vehicle running.
