父母情感温暖与贫困大学生积极心理健康的关系:积极心理品质的中介作用

Relationship between parental emotional warmth and positive mental health of impoverished college students:the mediating role of positive psychological quality

摘要 目的研究贫困大学生父母情感温暖、积极心理品质和积极心理健康之间的关系,检验积极心理品质及其各维度在父母情感温暖与积极心理健康之间的中介作用。方法采用方便抽样抽取广东省1249名学生,采用父母教养方式问卷、大学生积极心理品质量表和青少年简版心理健康连续体量表进行问卷调查。结果贫困大学生的积极心理健康与父、母情感温暖和积极心理品质两两之间均呈正相关(r=0.40、0.37、0.59,P<0.01)。贫困大学生的父母情感温暖可以直接影响积极心理健康,标准化直接效应为0.19;父母情感温暖可以通过积极心理品质间接影响积极心理健康,标准化间接效应值为0.21;标准化总效应值为0.40,中介效应占总效应的52.5%。父母情感温暖主要通过精神卓越和正义2个积极心理品质维度间接影响积极心理健康,其标准化间接效应值分别为0.17和0.05,其中介效应在总中介效应中分别占比42.5%和12.5%,精神卓越的部分中介效应量更大。结论积极心理品质中精神卓越和正义(尤其是精神卓越)在父母情感温暖对贫困大学生的积极心理健康间发挥着部分中介作用。 Objective To explore the correlations among positive psychological quality,parental emotional warmth and positive mental health,and to examine the mediating effect of positive psychological quality on parental emotional warmth and positive mental health among impoverished college students.Methods A total of 1249 impoverished college students were included through randomized cluster sampling for a questionnaire survey using the short-form Egna Minnen av Barndoms Uppfostran for Chinese(s-EMBU-C),College Students’Positive Psychological Quality Scale and Mental Health Continuum Short Form in Adolescents(MHC-SF).Results In these impoverished college students,significant positive correlations were noted each between every two of positive mental psychological quality,perceived parental emotional warmth,and positive mental health(r=0.40,0.37,0.59,P<0.01).Parental emotional warmth in these impoverished college students could directly affect their positive mental health with a standardized direct effect value of 0.19.Parental emotional warmth could indirectly affect the positive mental health through positive psychological quality with a standardized indirect effect value of 0.21.Taken together,the overall standardized effect value was 0.40,with a mediating role accounting for 52.5%of the total effect.Chiefly,parental emotional warmth affected indirectly the positive mental health through two dimensions of positive psychological quality,the spirituality and justice,which contributed to standardized indirect effect values of 0.17 and 0.05,respectively,with mediating effect accounting for 42.5%and 12.5%of the total effect.The mediating effect size was comparatively larger with spirituality dimension.Conclusion Spirituality and especially the justice as two dimensions of the positive psychological quality play partial mediating roles in the relationship between perceived parental emotional warmth and positive mental health among impoverished college students.
