文章以河南省发展智慧物流为切入点,在智慧物流背景下河南省物流人才需求特征分析的研究基础上,结合河南省智慧物流发展的实际情况,剖析智慧物流的涵义,分析智慧物流的行业发展规模,指出省内智慧物流的发展定位,进而有针对性地提出面向智慧物流发展需要的河南省物流人才培养定位及对策,不仅有利于河南省物流企业的转型升级,还可以促进河南省智慧物流的持续健康发展。研究成果将为智慧物流背景下河南省物流人才培养提供科学可靠的理论依据和实践指导。

The paper takes the development of intelligent logistics in Henan Province as the starting point,on the basis of the research on the analysis of the demand characteristics of logistics talents in Henan Province under the background of intelligent logistics,combined with the current situation of the development of intelligent logistics in Henan Province,analyzes the meaning of intelligent logistics,analyzes the development scale of intelligent logistics industry,points out the development positioning of intelligent logistics in the province,and then puts forward the positioning and countermeasures of logistics talent training in Henan Province facing the development needs of intelligent logistics,which is not only conducive to the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises in Henan Province.It can also promote the sustainable and healthy development of intelligent logistics in Henan Province.The research results will provide scientific and reliable theoretical basis and practical guidance for the training of logistics talents in Henan Province under the background of intelligent logistics.
