乡村振兴视角下农产品冷链物流发展研究——以湖南省为例

Research on the Development of Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization--Take Hunan Province as an Example

大力推进农业农村发展,保证农产品的产销平衡,促进农民增收,是实现乡村振兴战略的有力推手。而考虑到农产品易腐、易损的自然特性,同时也为了保证农产品的品质,冷链物流就成为运输过程中至关重要的一环。文章基于湖南省农产品冷链物流的发展现状,分析其中存在的问题并提出相应的优化建议,实现农产品冷链物流更高效、优质的发展。

Vigorously promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas,ensuring the balance between the production and marketing of agricultural products,and promoting the increase of farmers'income are the favorable driving forces for realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Considering the natural characteristics of perishable and vulnerable agricultural products,and in order to ensure the quality of agricultural products,cold chain logistics has become a crucial part of the transportation process.Based on the development status of agricultural cold chain logistics in Hunan Province,this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions to achieve more efficient and high-quality development of agricultural cold chain logistics.
