摘要
“1+X”证书制度的提出,最早是针对中高职院校所提出来的,“1”是指学历证书,“X”是指若干个职业技能证书。但是近些年来,也逐步深入到本科院校之中,因此该制度的实施主体是中高职院校与应用型本科院校。物流专业是“1+X”制度实施的首批试点的5个职业领域之一,在其教学中仍存在一定的问题,如课程体系与物流行业的职业技能等级标准不一致、缺乏课程融通机制、缺乏跨专业课程设置、考核评价体系不完善等。文章从“1+X”证书制度下人才培养的内涵、物流专业现存问题及优化路径展开论述,试图对应用型本科物流专业的育人模式展开优化。
The"1+X"certificate system was first proposed for middle and higher vocational colleges."1"refers to academic certificates,and"X"refers to several vocational skill certificates.However,in recent years,it has also gradually penetrated into undergraduate colleges,so the main body of implementation of this system is secondary vocational colleges and application-oriented undergraduate colleges.The logistics major is one of the five vocational fields in the first batch of pilot projects for the implementation of the"1+X"system.In its teaching,there are still some problems,such as the inconsistency between the curriculum system and the professional skill level standard of the logistics industry,the lack of curriculum integration mechanism,the lack of interdisciplinary curriculum,and the imperfect examination and evaluation system.This paper discusses the connotation of talent training under the"1+X"certificate system,the existing problems of logistics specialty and the optimization path,and tries to optimize the education mode of logistics specialty for application-oriented undergraduate students.
