基于1+X的物流专业教师“能力贫困”问题及“扶贫解困”对策研究

Research on Ability Poverty of Vocational Education Teachers Based on 1+X and Countermeasures of Poverty Alleviation

教育部大力推进基于1+X试点,进一步加强高质量、高层次、高素质技术技能人才培养。人才培养之难,难在师资。职业院校教师在试点过程中表现出来的职业能力“贫穷”与教育教学教法改革创新过程中面临的“困境”与日俱增,文章在剖析当前物流专业职业教师存在的五个方面贫困现象及产生原因的基础上,从充分发挥教师发展中心作用、完善教师评价管理体制机制、推进数字化管理等方面提出了对策。

The Ministry of Education vigorously promotes the 1+X pilot program to further strengthen the training of high-quality,high-level and high-quality technical talents.The key to talent cultivation lies in excellent teachers.Teachers in vocational colleges show weak vocational ability in the pilot process,and lack of innovation ability in the reform of education and teaching law.Based on the in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures.
