摘要
随着我国高等融合教育的发展,残疾学生进入普通高校接受教育成为大势所趋,为高校图书馆残障读者服务的建设和完善提出了迫切要求。研究选取当前代表我国高校最高水平的41所“双一流”高校图书馆,对其残障读者服务的现状进行调研。结果发现,被调查高校图书馆残障读者服务已经有一定基础,但仍存在服务理念相对薄弱、服务内容有所欠缺、服务针对性有待提升等问题,且存在一定地区差异。在此基础上,本研究借鉴发达国家和地区相关工作经验,提出了有针对性的对策和建议。
With the development of higher inclusive education in China,it has become a general trend for students with special needs to receive education in regular colleges and universities,which has put forward urgent requirements for the construction and improvement of corresponding library service.The study selected 41"double first-class"university libraries,which represent the highest level of universities in China,and integrates the current situation of services for readers with special needs.It is found that there are still problems such as relatively weak service concept,deficient content,low level of pertinence and so on,and there also exist regional differences.Based on the findings and relevant work experience of developed countries and regions,this study proposes targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
