Some Experience for Learning“GB 55037—2022 General Code for Building Fire Protection”

随着《建筑防火通用规范》GB 55037—2022的发布与实施,废止了“现行相关工程建设国家标准、行业标准中的强制性条文”。火灾自动报警系统设置内容有比较大的调整,工业建筑针对丙类厂房火灾自动报警系统设置做出明确清晰的要求;民用建筑火灾自动报警系统的设置也相对提出更严格的要求。设计人员应正确认识新要求在设计中的把握,现行标准中,废止的强制性条文是指“相关”国标及行标;原有标准中废止的条款,在新规范中没有体现时,设计人员应正确理解。

With the release and implementation of the“General Code for Building Fire Protection”,the“mandatory provisions in the current national standards and industry standards of relevant engineering construction”were abolished.The setting content of automatic fire alarm system has been greatly adjusted.Industrial buildings have made clear requirements for the setting of automatic fire alarm system for Class C workshops,and civil buildings have also put forward relatively stricter requirements for the setting of automatic fire alarm system.Designer should correctly understand the grasp of new requirements in design.In the current standard,the abolished mandatory provisions refer to the″relevant″national standard and industry standard;Designer should understand correctly when the provisions abolished in the original standard are not reflected in the new specification.
