Thinking on Quality Control of Electrical Design under the New Development Concept

新发展理念即创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的发展理念。电气设计质量控制不仅要强调强制性条款、法律法规,还要兼顾绿色、低碳、创新、宜居等内容,笔者基于《事后检查要点》,结合自己的工作实践,阐述“坚守底线思维,推进高质量发展”是未来电气质量控制的整体目标。

The new development concept is the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing.Electrical design quality control should not only emphasize mandatory clauses,laws and regulations,but also take into account green,low-carbon,innovation,livability and other content,the author based on the“Post-event Inspection Points”,combined with her own work practice,explain that“adhere to the bottom line thinking,promote high-quality development”is the overall goal of future electrical quality control.
