城市综合体建筑供配电形式及计量管理模式浅析

Analysis on Distribution Forms and Metering Management Mode of Urban Complex Buildings

随着现代化城市发展需要,建设城市综合体已成为各城市发展道路上必不可少的建设需求。目前大部分城市综合体建筑具有体量大、功能性复杂、管理使用权多样的特征,各业态之间在维持相互融合的能动关系基础上又需要管理计量相对独立。为便于后续使用方的管理维护,本文结合笔者参与的多个城市综合体项目的实际案例,针对城市综合体建筑的高、低压供配电形式及计量模式,进行简要分析并提出常用的实施方案。

With the development of modern cities,the construction of urban complex has become an indispensable construction demand on the road of urban development.At present,most of the urban complex buildings have the characteristics of large volume,complex function and diversified management right.On the basis of maintaining the dynamic relationship of mutual integration,the management and measurement need to be relatively independent.In order to facilitate the subsequent management and maintenance of users,this paper,combined with the actual cases of several urban complex projects that the author participated in,made a brief analysis of the high and low voltage power supply and distribution forms and metering modes of urban complex buildings and proposed commonly used implementation schemes.
