血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p联合检测对早期鼻咽癌的诊断价值

Combined Value of miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in Serum in the Diagnosis of Early Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

目的探讨血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p联合检测对早期鼻咽癌的诊断价值。方法纳入收治的早期鼻咽癌患者90例为研究组,鼻咽炎患者90例为炎症组、90例健康体检者为对照组。检测3组血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p的表达水平。用受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)的AUC分析血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p检测在早期鼻咽癌中的诊断意义。结果研究组、炎症组、对照组血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p的表达水平具有显著差异(P<0.05)。血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p单项检测研究组与炎症组的灵敏度为91%、89%、98%,特异度分别为90%、90%、94%。血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p单项检测研究组与对照组的灵敏度为96%、94%、95%,特异度均为95%。血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p联合检测对早期鼻咽癌的诊断灵敏度为94.44%,特异度为93.89%,准确度为94.07%。结论血清中miR-140-3p、miR-192-5p、miR-223-3p的表达水平检测可作为早期鼻咽癌的潜在标志。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the combination of miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in serum for early nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 90 patients with early nasopharyngeal carcinoma were included as the study group,90 patients with nasopharyngitis were included as inflammation group,and 90 healthy patients were included as the control group.The expression levels of miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in the serum of the 3 groups were detected.The diagnostic significance of detecting miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in serum in early nasopharyngeal carcinoma was analyzed with the AUC of receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results The expression levels of miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in the serum of experimental group,inflammatory group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).The sensitivity of serum miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p,and miR-223-3p in the one-way diagnostic group and the inflammatory group were 91%,89% and 98%,and the specificity was 90%,90%and 94%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and specificity of serum miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in the one-way diagnosis group and the control group were 96%,94% and 95%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined detection of serum miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in the diagnosis of early nasopharyngeal carcinoma were 94.44%,93.89% and 94.07%,respectively.Conclusion The expression levels of miR-140-3p,miR-192-5p and miR-223-3p in serum can be used as potential markers for early nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
