高压氧结合显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效及对患者术后脑血管痉挛的影响

Observation of the Curative Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Microsurgery in the Treatment of Glioma and Its Influence on Postoperative Cerebral Vasospasm

目的探讨高压氧结合显微手术治疗脑胶质瘤的疗效及对患者术后脑血管痉挛的影响。方法选择76例脑胶质瘤患者,按照简单随机法分成观察组及对照组,每组各38例。对照组给予显微手术治疗,观察组则在显微手术治疗外加用高压氧治疗。观察其疗效、脑血管痉挛等。结果与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率更高,神经功能缺损及日常生活能力评分明显更优(P<0.05),脑血管痉挛发生率更低(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,观察组与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高压氧结合显微手术可以提高脑胶质瘤的疗效,改善患者的日常生活质量以及神经功能,减少术后脑血管痉挛,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with microsurgery in the treatment of brain glioma and its influence on postoperative cerebral vasospasm.Methods 76 patients with brain glioma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with microsurgery,and the observation group on the basis of the control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen.The curative effect and cerebral vasospasm were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment,a significantly better score of neurological impairment and daily living ability(P<0.05),and a lower incidence of cerebral vasospasm(P<0.05).In terms of adverse reactions,there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with microsurgery can improve the curative effect of glioma,improve the quality of daily life and nerve function of patients,and reduce postoperative cerebral vasospasm,which is worth popularizing.
