摘要 为了响应国家节能减排政策,降低企业经营成本,某电厂在准确测量风量的基础上,对其300 MW等级循环流化床锅炉机组进行了优化运行调整。结果表明,优化后飞灰含碳量平均降低了1.44%,底渣含碳量平均降低了0.36%,尿素日均耗量平均降低了1.54 t,月均厂用电率降低了0.16%,预计全年可以实现经济效益近750万元。 In order to respond to the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy and reduce the operating cost of enterprises,a power plant has optimized the operation of its 300 MW circulating fluidized bed boiler unit on the basis of accurate measurement of air volume.The results showed that the carbon content of fly ash decreased by 1.44%and bottom slag decreased by 0.36%respectively after optimization.The average daily urea consumption decreased by 1.54 t.The average monthly auxiliary power consumption rate decreased by 0.16%.It is estimated that the annual economic benefits can reach nearly 7.5 million yuan.
