摘要
为开发可量产的汽车内饰透光织物,对产品表面颜色材质工艺(CMF)进行创新设计。以终端产品总成出发,利用独创的设计工具CMF材料六角评价模型综合分析设计目标,通过织物设计与开发实践进行测试验证,最终实现目标产品。所开发织物平衡了外观、功能与实用性三者关系。外观符合内饰设计主题,透光显示结合相关硬件软件实现了新颖的人机交互,高耐污性能确保了产品的使用性。通过创新设计评价工具,结合材料的合理应用,实现了织物与光效设计的结合,并成功应用于量产汽车产品。
In order to develop a mass-produced light display fabric for the automotive interior,the design of color material finishing(CMF)is developed.Starting from the end product assembly,the design objectives are comprehensively analyzed by using the original design tool CMF material hexagonal evaluation model,and then the product is obtained through the fabric design and development practice.The final product achieves the optimal balance of appearance,function,and practicality.The appearance conforms to the interior design theme,the light transmission display combined with relevant hardware and software realizes novel human-computer interaction,and the high stain resistance performance ensures the usability of the product,which finally realizes the successful cross-border of automobile CMF and light effect design.
