海洋初级生产力与输出生产力的时滞效应研究进展

摘要 生物泵是海洋储碳的重要机制之一,其有机碳输出效率(e-ratio)通常用输出生产力(EP)与初级生产力(PP)的比值来表示.尽管国际学界已知e-ratio的估算受EP与PP时滞的影响,但是二者时滞的估算和解析存在较大不确定性,且造成时滞的原因尚不明确.因此,本文梳理EP与PP时滞的研究进展,总结估算和解析二者时滞的方法及挑战;并在此基础上提出南海是研究EP与PP时滞效应的理想试验场,其丰富的历史观测资料有利于构建区域食物网模型,以准确估算EP与PP时滞,并解析造成不同生态系统时滞差异的原因. The biological pump is one of the important mechanisms for ocean carbon storage,and its organic carbon export efficiency(e-ratio)is usually expressed by the ratio of export production(EP)to primary production(PP).Although it has been understood that the estimation of e-ratio is affected by the time lag between EP and PP,there are great uncertainties in the estimation and interpretation of time lag between EP and PP.Therefore,this review aims to sort out the research progress of the time lag between EP and PP,and to summarize the methods and challenges for estimating and interpreting the time lag.Based on the collected information,we propose that the South China Sea is an ideal location to elucidate the time lag between EP and PP.The large amount of observed data available in the region can assist in forming and localizing food web models that are commonly used to estimate the time lag between EP and PP.Furthermore,this information could also be helpful in interpreting the reasons leading to the variation in time lags across different ecosystems.
